Dear Michael: Well, in a Capitalistic society generally speaking Positive Reinforcement is what is practiced. Of course, with RATS they've used negative with some success too. Rats have got the Senate now so I guess we will just have to wait and see. (gg) Personally, I prefer the positive route in all things. But then, what do I know, I am just a Republican!! JDN
