I agree. I keep asking myself the same thing. What is propping this market up? Liquidity maybe.

Keep scratching my head. The gurus are still in a hissy. They can't square root this market either.

Keep going on those real estate opportunities. You're good at that. I keep waiting to see if the Colorado resort properties, which I follow closely, will take a hard downturn so maybe I could pick up another deal but so far their numbers are holding up fairly good.

Hey, the airports are still full and the Walmart lines still long....

Again, congratulations on the super real estate deals.

Land Baron: Look at INTC the past two days, and consider the doom/gloom potential we've heard will possibly come from their AH comments today.

Then, go figure...... as we scratch our heads.
