Hi Joe, I don't think anything is typical here. I think a commute here would be 10-50 minutes. I tried to include all charges in my calulations, but may have made a mistake. Our electric bill is $75-90 per month. I keep really busy, but try to swim 3 or 4 times a week and kayak when I can. Every place has its pros and cons. Been here over 18 years and there are problems, but I love it. Sorry to extend the OT. Appreciate your support-resistance levels. Thanks, N1
