Hasn't the earth been warming since the end of the last ice age?...And won't it cool rapidly when the next big object from outer space crashes and creates another sun-blocking, worldwide cloud of dust (like the one that wiped out vast areas of vegetation and the dinosaurs' food source)? We'll probably all be toast then, anyway, unless we're living in a climate-controlled capsule. <g>
