I also see no harm in offering incentives for individual effort, that's what this country is all about, reward for individual effort... but there already are financial incentives... it is the continuous free hand out programs that have already created and continue to perpetuate the under class until they now have no personal internal drive, no motivation, no self esteem, no genuine self respect, and are completely dependent upon government pity as a total lifestyle..... GZ
