AMD also said Palominos were "shipping" back in Q1, but AMD still waited until Q2 for the actual release. And Palomino-based products are still hard to come by.

Based on this, I don't expect AMD to actually release any 0.13u product (would Thoroughbred be the first?) until Q1 2002 at the earliest. This would line up with what people on this thread have been saying all along: Intel has a six-month lead on 0.13u.
