When we export someone to a society that represents their culture, do you follow up to make sure they are receiving treatment that our society approves of, and intervene?

...preventive detention... If they are out, they are out. Is it your intention to prevent them from future bad behaviour against our society? If so, then the prevention is a prevention from reentry or invasion of our society or others. If your intention is to prevent them from ever violating our standards of behavior again anywhere including among one another then, you failed the challenge. You are prescribing what currently exists.
