Bosco: Good points. . . Very well said. . . I was trying to say the same thing. . . BUT, most of the people out-of-state think it's only CA's problem. . . NOT SO. . . It belongs to everyone! They are happy just trying to fix the BLAME on someone. . . We know & already knew that there are a lot of people/Governments that can be blamed. . . They ALL played their part. . . not just one over another. The question NOW is the solution. . . to make it as painless as possible for the Nation, not just CA! I still think my temporary export tax would go a long way in helping the situation. . . But, by far, not the complete solution. Joe
