TranSwitch sees loss in Q2
--4:28pm - By Barbara C. Costanza
Communications chip maker TranSwitch (TXCC) said it now sees a loss for its second-quarter, rather than profit
analysts are currently expecting. TransSwitch said second quarter revenue will fall in the range of $10 million to
$12 million, with a pro forma loss per share of 10 cents to 12 cents. Analysts on average currently expect revenue
of $31.2 million and earnings per share of 5 cents, according to the consensus estimate provided by First Call.
The company cited increased weakness in the telecommunications systems market in North America and the
weakness now spreading to Europe and parts of Asia. Shares closed up 96 cents, or 6.9 percent, at $14.86.

I think we should consider buying the dips Harry. The strength of the software sales once the new systems are released will be phenomenal in my opinion. AKLM has already stated that they expect profits in the future. What happens when excitement over one of the new systems makes software sales skyrocket?

I will probably take profits on KLIC tomorrow. INTC should give the SOX one final burst before profit taking sets in:
