I agree re Klayman, but as I said, reviewing "ballots in dispute" was a simple way of predetermining the outcome. Not what I'd call hard science.

Partisan or not, facts is facts and the fact is he had several significant victories against the Clinton Administration for very questionable practices. I don;t know why you demolibs think the "motive" of the the adversary matters. Facts are if there was nothing funny going on there'd be nothing for Klayman or other "partisans" to make a fuss about.
