Delaware is right next door to me, and I used to have a girlfriend (in college) from the Greater Wilmington area. A lovely little state. The Eastern Shore part is mainly farmland and ocean resorts. At the top, Wilmington sits, on the way to the New Jersey Turnpike, or Philadelphia. Wilmington is about 100k in the city, maybe another 100k in the Greater Wilmington area. A nice little city, with affluent suburbs, no sales tax, and generally low taxes. It is a sort of Philadelphia satellite. Philly is about 45 minutes away, Baltimore about an hour......

Ted Turner's ranch is in Montana. I doubt Jane would have set foot in Wyoming.

Ted Turner messes up Montana too. Also, New Mexico, Atlanta and no doubt a few other places.
