Well, the idea is that we are sending them into a sort of encampment that they will run, with minimal intervention from the authorities, who will concentrate on watching the perimeter. Thus, they are not living under our rules, nor are they being taken care of. As for what we take away, it is their ability to have recourse to the courts, either at all, or in respect of living conditions.
