Depends on what you mean by "certain institutional forms." If you believe that the Illuminati and the Jews secretly run the world, or that the Jewish bankers are in cahoots with the Freemasons and the Communists to destroy Christianity and Western Civilization, yes, that makes you a racist and/or a crackpot.

The lunatic who wrote "The Creature From Jekyll Island" claimed that the Federal Reserve was a secret conspiracy of the Jewish bankers to run the world - if you believe that, you're doubly cracked.

If you believe that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely, regardless of race, creed or color, then no, you aren't a racist or a crackpot, IMO.
