"So they're getting what they want." Yes and they are being sent to a fate that most of us would consider worse than death. It is clearly chosen and not violating the principles of our constitution since the banishment territory falls out side of USA jurisdiction. The only treatment at all is to guard the parameter as we would with any openly hostile group that has the intent to invade and damage our society. I consider the death penalty much more humane. Neocon's banishment territory is a win win situation. The only sensible resolution to irreconcilable crimes and criminals I have seen out side of the death penalty.
