<A roadmap is a forward view of what AMD wants to have happen. Design takes time and decisions made 6 months to a year ahead can go faster or slower, as Intel has shown. In addition, AMD cannot afford erroneous releases by a product intro that was too early, again as intel has shown.> And your point is.... <You seem to be such a die hard Intel favourer ...> I am sure the way you apply logic leads you to conclude that I am a die hard Intel "favorer". (may sound illogical to some reasonable people but, hey, it is not as bad as some people believing the earth is flat) <...that one wonders why you are here, ...> I wonder so too. A lot of the good posters seem to have stopped posting here. Progressively, the signal to noise ratio seems to be getting worse on this thread.
