chris...TINE is just the kind of company with the kind of performance all the talking heads are babbling about. almost every single 'analyst' on cnbc of late is saying go with small caps...and value. we got it here in spades.

have held on to it for quite a while now. that's ok. year end release is coming and it should be good. has to be out by end of this month as year ended 3-31.
