re: explain why EMC's is not participating

Because it drop from over 100 in Oct 00 to under 25 or so by April of this year, during which holders that had fat gains, from years of rising, were in denial who are now selling off up on any rally raising money to put into stocks that are going up. Through in the fact they are we going to have new leaders for this new bull market, you have a stock that is going to base. EMC will join when money starts moving out the current high flyers on any hint of turn around in the computer sector and/or storage sector. But all and all, EMC mostly will never return to be a leader again, same for CSCO, and INTC, while MSFT, if left alone from the government, will still enjoy leader status. IMHO
