Do you here some of the rationals for upgrading the chips this morning? "Investors need to buy now because when the sector is as bad as it is currently, it signals a bottom"??? What kind of moron thinks that like that? I think those are the same guys that upgraded LU to a strong buy when it hit 40!! Just because stocks sell off doesn't mean they are now steals! Very rarely does the market give money away. INTC and the likes are at current levels for a reason. The market has even priced in the optimism, IMHO. How about RMBS @12?? Must be a big time buy here<g>!! That was upgraded on it's last fall to 16 and run to 26 or so. I love this game! Sabre!
