The company has an excellent record of executives leaving with a $bundle.
Btw Rob, check out Unilab (ULAB) which IPO'd tuesday, then compare it to Special Labs (SP) which IPO'd last Dec.
If ULAB can perform like SP has in the last 6 months it would make an excellent investment.
Oh! both are quite profitable already.:-)

A wild guess here is much of the prior top talent that was hired was able to see the futility of the long rung prospects. Thus, take the upfront money and move on. Geezz almost all executives at the France division left to "pursue other interests."
