I was wondering if Arlene is interested in freelance work??

I have this damn mockingbird that screeches ALL NIGHT LONG and parks it's ass right outside my bedroom window, from midnight to 5 am every single night, the thing does not shut up <g>

You can hear it blocks away...yet it decided to sit right by my window.

REGISTRATIONS
The following registrations were disclosed in Form 144s. A Form 144
indicates an intention to sell restricted stock. The filing of a Form
144 opens the door for an individual to sell the shares, but does not
definitively indicate that the actual sale of the shares will occur or
has occurred.
AOL TIME WARNER INC. (AOL): AOL Time Warner Inc. Executive Vice
President George Vradenburg filed to sell 50,000 shares of the
company's common stock. Vradenburg listed May 31 as the approximate
date of sale for the shares and valued the shares at $2.6 million. The
filing listed Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown as the broker for the sale.
Vradenburg registered 50,000 shares May 10 and an additional 50,000
shares May 24, as reported.
SOMERA COMMUNICATIONS INC. (SMRA): Somera Communications Inc. Chief
Executive and co-founder Dan Firestone filed to sell 300,000 shares of
the company's common stock under Securities and Exchange Commission
Rule 10b5-1. Firestone indicated that the 10b5-1 plan would be carried
out over a three-month period. The market value of 300,000 Somera
Communications shares is about $2 million, based on Wednesday's
closing stock price. The filing listed Lehman Brothers Inc. as the
broker. Rule 10b5-1 allows company insiders to set up transactions of
company shares under a pre-existing plan so information they acquire
later isn't a factor in their decision to trade.
