SALES EL PASO CORP. (EPG): El Paso Corp. Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President H. Brent Austin sold 53,495 shares of the company's common stock in four transactions on May 8. Austin sold 42,000 shares at $65.50 a share, 1,400 shares at $65.56 a share, 8,095 shares at $65.60 a share, and 2,000 shares at $65.64 a share on the same day. At the end of May, Austin directly owned 214,998 shares and indirectly owned an additional 2,669 shares. DELL COMPUTER CORP. (DELL): Dell Computer Corp. Director Michael A. Miles acquired and sold a total of 300,000 shares on May 22. Miles acquired the shares through the exercise of stock options for 63 cents a share. He sold the shares for $25.54 to $25.92 a share. At the end of May, Miles directly owned 394,000 shares and indirectly owned 164,624 shares of Dell Computer common stock. USA NETWORKS INC. (USAI): USA Networks Inc.
