Ed,

I have Windows 98 and the file it is occurring at is 015f not 016f but thanks anyhow for that.

This site that I am having problems on is for my job so I am quite concerned that I can't access it. Their last note to me was that no one else is experiencing this problem and if re-booting doesn't work then I should re-install IE - does that sound right? I am not having problems with any other sites.

Thanks.
