It's doesn't seem credible to me that they don't have failover systems for each "post". At the very least, another post should be able to assume some of the transaction load of one or other "down" posts. Guess all the posts on the wrong side of the market are down, and the others up.

I believe that they said that they make software changes on virtually a daily basis, 250 times a year.
