"What about seeing AMD down prior to the halt? Seems odd doesn't it?
Intel up on this news and AMD suffers?"

INTC is down ($30.35)as period of normal profit taking after yesterday's runup is occurring...AMD's AM weakness tied to normal profit taking as well...Just a very temporary respite, before INTC runs to $35 and AMD to $40 as the "PC recovery mindset" takes hold...Additional strength pushing AMD north is its current undervaluation vis a vis INTC!!!

Looks like DOW needs to test 10950, Nas wants to test 2200, SOXX 666 and INTC $30, before the snapback occurs this PM...The negative "glitch" spillover effect looks to be about digested...Normal healthy positive trading can resume with DOW's bounce of 10950!!!
