We're not talking Morocco Gustave. We're talking about the West Bank and Gaza. As I just stated, over 1/2 of the Palestinian economy is dependent upon Israel. And 30% of Palestinians are DIRECTLY employed IN ISRAEL, commuting every day (at least they were before Israel shut down the borders). That means that at least 30% of Palestinians are unemployed (and probably even more). What's the benefit of possessing full political autonomy, when your economy is symbiotically linked to your sworn enemy? Flags and slogans don't feed your children, or pay the rent. Mobs and demonstrations don't pay your bills, or produce the needed goods and services required to maintain the local economy. And eventually, economics will drive the politics. And the politics will drive the agenda towards peace or war. Hawk
