Jack, a new species of lawsuits is coming up

"Tie-in lawsuits". Some days ago, I received 2 of them, one for Multex (MLTX) and one for stamps.com (STMP, ugh). Both are indentically worded and both accuse the underwriters of having manip'd the price by ways of having agreed to tie-ins with early buyers. It states that the stocks were intentionally underpriced at the IPO,...

I'm not interested because I have made money with those stocks, and... I traded them after the issues were out for a while...

As long as I do not have to give back my hard earned gaines on the dark side for (re-)distribution I don't bother. Otherwise I may elect to be excluded from the class.

They clog my mailbox...
