Nope, although the 800MBytes/sec. for the peripherals might not share with the CPU then, he wasn't clear about that.

Excellent question. I would have assumed the answer is that CPU gets all the bandwidth and the excess bandwidth would make this a killer solution (when it is ready) but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Another interesting question is if the prefetcher on the northbrigde can use both...

In any event, we've heard many contradictory comments regarding bandwidth sharing, so I wouldn't necessarily trust second hand information from a "random" NVIDIA tech.
