i'm short a little CANI around here....yesterdays volume spike in a technically weak stock suggests this has some downside potential....reminds me of RBAK spike about a week ago backman

Sam - "how you locate all your stock picks?" I use Esignal to get quote feeds, level 2, charting, news. I follow about 500 stocks on a scrolling page down screen. about 100 potential longs and 400 shorts (fundamental analysis during last year) I add and delete weekly, sometimes daily. on shorts I have price alerts if they rise 25% or more. If this occurs, I move them to the front of my quote screen for closer viewing. I immediately look at the charts for possible support and resistance levels to find reasonable entry levels. Patience is crucial. I am never afraid to miss a play, there is always another one just around the corner. Briefing.com is great for all kind of news and analysis, I advise every one to subscribe. I also like to look at ipolockups for ideas. I also look at clearstation.com (they have nice daily technical breakdowns by categories) The daily % gainers list is always worth looking at. (usually in the evening, I dont want to be tempted to short too soon) Many friends and POSALERT Club members are a nice source. I am always asked to give opinions about new stocks, sometimes I find a jewel or a worthless stone. There are many other, but these are the main ones. traderpulse.com Michail
