KOSP I should mention that I really dislike stocks that run 75%+ in front of an upgrade.... stuff like this really stinks.... and smacks of a real sucker play.... especially on thinly traded stocks with no fundos.... 8 times sales and effectively zero cash (that's right $.17/share... $3mil cash).... with a cash burn of roughly $10mil/quarter... they need an infusion.... a secondary will surely be announced soon.... and for sure, by the same firm that upgraded them....
