Jeff- That's been my point for years. Thousands of rules and 10,000 lawyers are needed to attempt to enforce the 96 "de-reg" Telecom Act. And it didn't work.

So I say let it be a free for all. Let HFC and BBFW go after that 100 year old copper network that generates $100 billion annually for the ILECs. HFC and BBFW are superior to twisted pair. The government needs to get behind HFC and BBFW. Not throw up stumbling blocks each step of their way. -MikeM(From Florida)
