RealArcade is free and can be downloaded from the site realarcade.com . Marubeni Corp. (J.MRB or 8002) and Fuji Bank Ltd. will integrate their temporary staff dispatching affiliates next January. Aventi Staff, the new company, will be 42.54% held by Marubeni, 2.63% held by Fuji Bank, with the remaining 54.83% to be held by other companies in their Fuyo group. U.S.-based State Street Corp. (STT) has set up a wholly owned securities unit to enlarge its services to Japanese institutional investors. The brokerage will specialize in such services as transition management and commission recapture based on orders from customers, without conducting trading on its own account. Toshiba Corp. (J.TOS or 6502) has become an official sponsor of the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan and 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany. Total electronic-business-related investment by Japanese corporations grew 47% on year to Y2.859 trillion in 2000, according to EC Research Corp., an e-business market research company.
