TG, my guess:

Juniper / Handspring / etc. tanked the Nasdaq. In particular, people are dumping QQQs, which means Intel gets hammered.

Lucky for us, AMD isnt a QQQ component. :)

It is Cheap, Undervalued, and...It may be time.

AND...It may not be.

The market is very thin here. I would not read too much into what is happening today.

Probably the implications of the report that the Athlon 4 performs 50% better on battery than the equivalent clockspeed competitor is starting to seep into the "big boys" psyche!!! HUGE, HUGE positive financial implications for AMD , if so...not too mention, it strengthens immeasurably the prospects of a DELL deal!!!
