Hi Tom, Just got done reading VL report for SAWS dated 06/22. It is unranked and their view is that it is best left alone.

My view via AIM, is that based on the VL report and conclusion, that it must be time to Buy!!!

Officers & Directors own 10.9% and the employee stock ownership plan owns 28.9% of the common as of 12/00.
Seams to me that they control enough within their own box to ratify the merger with TQNT.
