I changed the color from 16 to 256. I moved the performance bar from all to none. And I restarted. Nothing changed, although the stat-up was a bit diffrent and had me nervous!

I did notice in display--settings--advanced--performance--there is a color management box. When I opened it there was nothing associated with the program. Is this suspicious?
