We are learning how to conserve record amounts of energy.....other states will follow and the energy needs will decrease nationwide before it's over.

Gas here is $1.70, last year at this time it was $1.60. February of '99 it was $0.87. Now when it gets back to 87 cents like it was before Clinton's reformulation scheme kicked in, then the shortage has disappeared.
