Sorry, can't excuse that flagrant BS.

First, that is what the power was offered at so no one would buy it. That plant is limited in how many hours it can run so by pricing it out of sight they saved the hours for when it's needed more. No one bought that power.

Second, California wanted to pay 3 cents per kwh when much of the nation has and is paying over 11 cents per kwh and and now the left coasters cry when they have to pay 7.9 kwh cents per.
