If you were watching CNBS Friday morning, they said the reason the nyse was shut down at 10:05 was that only institutional traders were getting there orders through on the 12 posts that were open.Apparently their main computer was not being matched to outside ecn's, only the floor brokers were being matched. They felt this was unfair to the retail traders and made the decision to shut down the whole complex. Any gold stocks traded that first half hour were 98% institutional. Later,
