Tenchu, Still I cannot help but feel the willamette was committed to irst Si at .18 because it was by then clear that the P-3 was incapable of stopping the Athlon and so the decision was made to trim it down and make it a faster, but lesser beast than the P-3 in order to give Intel some kind of candidate to face the AThlon with.
