It is interesting how many of those threads have financial ties to the sponsor of the Hot Lists, the brokerage firm Terra Nova Trading, L.L.C. It is truly striking.

As for #8, I thought these lists were updated constantly? Other threads have moved during the day, up and down that list, but that one has remained. How does that work?

We are talking about the Hot List on the SI homepage. It appears to be...different...than the Hot Subjects list.
