If we put that number in there, it makes the employees feel like they are in the lower echelon.
The good news is, you were at the top of the list.

Very interesting post.

Now, some companies have adopted a different strategy... Pay cuts across the board...

That sounds like a team approach, hope it works out too. It's those companies I will be putting my money on when a turn around occurs...really...those guys are streets ahead when it comes to getting things done.
