Looking at the chart for this low volume trader we can see it is trading either at or below all it's major MA's with strong resistance @$.41 it's 200MA. The ADX is showing a weak bearish trend and the MACD is turning down. The Stochastics is also turning down from overbought levels. All in all a fairly bearish looking chart that shows a stock needing some good news to right itself short term.

Firelight has appointed Image Direct Marketing (IDM) of Orlando, Fla., as
media advisers to the company. The founders of IDM, Carol Lint and Sheri
Lawless, have extensive experience in media and sales. Ms. Lint was an
integral part of the start-up team for the Golf Channel, and was
responsible for direct response, infomercial, travel and international
sales. Ms. Lawless's experience includes strategic planning and creative
development in the advertising/marketing area, and responsible for media
planning and buying for multimillion-dollar organizations. Ms. Lawless's
career to date also included involvement in the launch of six different
home video products at the Golf Channel as well as experience with
Universal Studios in Orlando.

Firelight commences advertisement for gold videos

Firelight has commenced television advertising for the company's new golf
training videos by Butch Harmon (coach to Tiger Woods and other elite,
professional golfers) entitled "Butch Harmon's Ultimate Golf."
Shareholders, and golfers in general, will be able to view advertisements
for the brand new series by the world's No. 1 golf coach at various times
starting June 18. A one-week schedule on the Golf Channel will make up the
initial media test comprising 30- and 60-second spots which will air in
Prime Time (7 to 11 p.m.), Late Fringe (11 p.m. to 2 a.m.), Daytime (6 a.m.
to 7p.m.) and Run of Schedule (6 a.m. to 6 a.m.). Other national, regional
and spot television (i.e., ESPN and Fox Regional Sports) will be tested as
well once the Golf Channel test is complete.
The company is also pleased to report radio coverage for advertisement of
its new videos on "PGA Radio" has commenced as of June 11, 2001, and a
half-page ad has been taken out in the "Florida Golf Magazine," scheduled
for distribution on June 23, 2001.
A much more extensive advertising campaign to include coverage at the
British Open and Ryder Cup is also under way. Details will be released in
the near future.
