Bookmarks do count!

I just tried a little experiment. If I have this thread bookmarked it shows on the hot list as follows (note %'s):

NEW Market Ideas - Weird Opinion Trades 808 3:13 PM Coffee Shop 133%

If I then remove just MY bookmark, it shows the following:

NEW Market Ideas - Weird Opinion Trades 809 3:17 PM Coffee Shop 123%

Similiarly, MG with MY bookmark:

NEW Market Gems - Swing and Day Trades 851 3:34 AM Short-Term Traders 286%

And, without:

NEW Market Gems - Swing and Day Trades 851 3:34 AM Short-Term Traders 276%

This would indicate, at least to me, that the number of bookmarks has far more weight than the number of posts.

I seem to recall that back in January, SI "published" a most bookmarked list of members. On it Jenna was #2.

How many of you reading this have MG or her bookmarked? It might be interesting to see it plummet on the hot list if all our bookmarks were removed! <G>

Hmmmm..... As I was proofreading this, I just noticed that the time on the MG thread above reads AM while the time on this thread correctly reads PM. SI has always had a problem telling night from day.....as I pointed out to them last July. Sigh.......
