Hi Mary -- I agree! The Executives should benefit from their hard work. Hopefully, one day soon, so will their stockholders! This proposal might just help keep their focus a little sharper, while still permitting us to reward them when appropriate. I hope you're right about the seedling popping out -- I've seen hints of it -- and heard lots of fertilizer being dumped on it -- for the last seven years! The lower the price goes (I bought my first few shares at $2.00), the more tantalizing the Company's rhetoric seems to be. Best of luck to you! Scott
