Unbelievable tragedy. A weak tropical storm did more damage than most hurricanes would do because it moved so slowly!
Read a story where a guy in the flood area had to rescue his neighbors dogs because they were so tired of swimming and were crying.... Basement businesses were devastated I see, and there was even some concern that some skyscraper's foundations were weakened from all that rain. Most experts said they should be OK though. I hope so.
