Not unreasonable: Davis is willing to let all his constituents suffer and even die because he'd rather strike a blow at private property rights than deal with the energy crisis he created. That's in keeping with his socialistic and anti-humanity (only people will die) nature.

Unlike yourself, he is in a position to know that virtually all price-gauging litigation is totally bogus, and will be quietly be dismissed by the courts. But Democrats live by sound bites, not sound policy.

Sounds logical. Does not matter if the price is right. What counts is being able to look at the companies books. I am through paying what everyone else pays for bread. I want to see the bakers books!
