Not unreasonable: Davis is willing to let all his constituents suffer and even die because he'd rather strike a blow at private property rights than deal with the energy crisis he created. That's in keeping with his socialistic and anti-humanity (only people will die) nature. Unlike yourself, he is in a position to know that virtually all price-gauging litigation is totally bogus, and will be quietly be dismissed by the courts. But Democrats live by sound bites, not sound policy.
