GWB's first term could not possibly be tainted in a rational mind. The USSC, ultimate judicial authority in the land heard and decided the case in Bush favor. Moreover, as susbsequent analysis has shown (conducted by several independent groups), Bush actually did win in the first place. So only bitter sore losers or whackjobs keep chanting about Bush being "tainted".
