Clinton found himself in the liberal-dream position of having stolen more money from the productive sectors of the economy than he could spend. The Reagan prosperity set him up as a phony symbol of economic success. Now the liberals he left in his wake refuse to refund even part of their stolen wealth to their victims. They will take this greed into 2002, and will be surprised to find that their crimes are not forgotten.

For those of you who would like to make money on the new emerging energy technologies like I have, buy stock in companies like Energy Conversion Devices (ENER), Capstone Turbine (CPST), Manhatten Scientifics (MHTX), Rentech (RTK), Fuel Cell Energy (FCEL), Unique Mobility (UQM), and Global Thermoelectric (GLE)(Toronto exchange). I created a public portfolio of 7 stocks that I think will appreciate nicely over the next year, using Friday's closing prices, and adjusting the number of shares to equal $1000 worth for each stock, for a total of $7,000. Peaboy is in there to show how a dog does in comparison. Consider it a short sale.

Let's see how they do compared to Cheney's favorite, Peabody Energy (BTU), really Peabody Coal, but they were even too embarrassed to use the word coal in their IPO. The wrong wingers on this thread will attribute my success to pure luck, but it will be really from forward thinking clever research. let the games begin.

<<If Gore was in office now, as most voters wanted, we would be well on our way to solving global warming, and still have a vibrant economy. He would much rather see thousands of people installing distributed power produced by fuel cells, geothermal, solar, wind, and biomass than hiring thousands of coal miners. >>

If you really want to see who's committed to the environment and who's lip service take a look at the two homesteads. Bush is building a very enviro friendly place on his ranch. Extra insulation, overhangs to stop the sun in summer, solar power and heating, grey water for irrigating the shade plants.....

On the other hand, Gore got fined for having a toxic dump and the zinc mine OXY is paying him a vig for operating on his property is dumping arsenic in a once potable stream and has killed all life in the stream.

How was Clinton defending himself against assaults about his sex life when the Lewinsky perjury incident didn't occur until after the 6th year into his Presidency? He had a majority in both houses of congress for 2 years and couldn't get them to agree with his radical health care takeover initiative? Yet, you apparantly believe he could get something done about the Kyoto Treaty when the Senate voted 95-0 against it?

Further, how would Gore have accomplished anything in regard to dealing with Global Warming when the ridiculous treaty he negotiated was voted down 95-0 in the Senate?

He couldn't get ONE vote from fellow Democrats? How do you figure he would get votes from enough Republicans in the Senate and House in order to ratify the treaty?

. He was also very busy building up a huge surplus that reversed the trend of the huge deficits racked up during the Reagan and Bush years.............

Ah yes, the "fund raisers". We all know that slick would take money from anyone and sell anything to make sure the money ran. To hell with global warming, power consumption and tax relief for the overtaxed Ameican worker/producer.

If Gore was in office now, as most voters wanted, we would be well on our way to solving global warming, and still have a vibrant economy..............

That is BS. The globe would still be warming, and Al would still be drumming up the bucks. When are you going to get a clue and realize that your hero Gore doesn't give a SH%& about you or your cause. He cares about himself and that which enhances his interest. Just look at the pollution the zinc fields on his property create.
