Chicken Little has been predicting crude's fall for many moons. If this was his first call he would earn some recognition if it becomes true.

It seems most of his argument is dependent on Saudia Arabia abandoning OPEC and/or OPEC fighting imaginary new suppliers for market share over the next 7 months.

Recent storage builds will mean little if OPEC holds and decides it needs to hold present production levels through the Winter to clearly get the upper hand.

Gottfried,

10-day ARMS Index was above the 1.3 barrier on Friday at 1.31. Todays TRIN checked in at 1.78 - which should bump up the 10-day average.

Looks like the markets are set to reverse direction as indiscriminate selling is taking place.
