''On the government side, the president said he is seeking a $2 billion increase in the annual budget for the Department of Housing and Urban Development to help revitalize communities in urban and rural America.

Congressional Democrats have said Bush's budget actually cuts about $1.7 billion from HUD, including ending a program that funds security in public housing complexes and reducing spending on repairs. During a hearing on the plan, Rep. John LaFalce, D-N.Y., said the administration's claims of increased housing spending were "misleading at best." .....................Dubya again up to his tricks again trying to fool the public into thinking he's spending more on housing but in reality , the opposite.

Dear cotton, President Bush already has the best and the brightest working for him and does need my help. But as I know you don't know that I was just taking the time to explain the energy technology facts of life to you. Some folks pick up the knowledge around on the street, some take the time to read and learn and some have to offer uninformed opinions.
