Naw. I think...as the definition says...(as i remember)

*a rate of change* in 24 hours relative to 7 days...with other fudge factors thrown in....

Historically, I think great care is taken, at times...to keep some (non-coffee) threads off....(that's where the beefy manipulation is at times IMO(i.e. when SI was very slow))

I would also assume that different server usage (LOADS)...effect it dramatically at times....(or if things were not synchonized for a period of time in the case of multiple proxy servers)

It's kind of like a router...being accustomed to sending packets a certain way....then for some reason...all of a sudden the packets are routed to mars and back and the page is suddenly unavailable....Weird stuff like that...:0)
