Knowing Jenna's passion for premium accounts (remember that night she signed up for 3 new accounts?) she probably has hundreds of non-premium accounts. That would explain alot about the hot list.

Nevermind. I found out the easy way without asking any questions. A non-premium account CAN bookmark and it DOES increase a thread's rating by 10%. Imagine the ramifications of that! That makes it quite easy to manipulate the hot list.
